Tasked with maintaining zero-downtime service across complex multi-cloud deployments, the client frequently suffered service disruptions due to delayed root-cause analysis. BJSS designed a real-time predictive layer that actively scans over 4.2 billion structured and unstructured telemetry logs daily.
By training custom anomaly-detection filters, the engine isolates warning signs—like rapid connection queue buildups or subtle CPU voltage drops—up to 20 minutes before a physical crash occurs. When a warning is triggered, the system automatically redirects incoming user requests and boots replacement clusters, reducing outages and preserving vital operational uptime.
