Elixirr built a data-driven workforce allocation engine integrated directly with project schedules and worker skill directories.
The system evaluates millions of potential assignment paths, modeling external variables like supply delays and localized sickness rates. By dynamically shifting personnel where project deadlines are tightest and skills are most critical, the platform optimized general operational efficiency, protected project margins, and reduced delay penalties significantly.
